They’re highly interactive and fully engage head & heart, they can be a single session based on one of our masterclasses or up to a year-long program. At CoA Academy, active engagement is a top priority. To ensure full participation, we have implemented a credit system that makes attendance mandatory.
Because each Masterclass contains a number of short, sharp bitesize video sessions it’s easy to go at my own pace. I can binge ‘Netflix style’ or I can watch a session – ‘Pause’ and decide when I ‘Press Play’ next to suit me.
The live sessions – where I can exchange experiences with other chiefs, is led by my dedicated CoA Coach, occur bi-weekly and last for 90 minutes each. Depending on the package I choose, you will have the opportunity to participate in all the live sessions associated with a masterclass for a duration of 6-12 months.
I get a practical leadership box that will help all my managers become GREAT leaders. Our workbooks are practical templates I can use to implement the learned methodology right away.
